We are also bringing convenience to the next level with our direct deposit payments, using a 100% secure payment system we can avoid the hassle of going to the bank and cashing a check, your money will just appear in your bank account every month. You will be able to review any monthly statements at your leisure to see your income and expenses and relevant bills all on the Online Owner’s Portal.

Yes! When you first sign up you will provide us with your updated bank account information so we can set up automatic direct deposits into your account. You will receive monthly statements reflecting your rental income that you can access 24/7 through the Owner’s Portal. We will also e-mail you these statements. This service is provided
