Owners Portal FAQ

What is the Online Owners Portal?

A secure website where you can log in for 24/7 access to information about your property: monthly reports (current and past), direct-deposit payment records, and the status of maintenance requests. Your tenants can pay rent online through the same system.

How do I get access?

If you have a property under Ellen’s Realty’s management, you are invited to the portal. We send an email with a short form to collect your updated information. If you haven’t received it, call (671) 647-0888 or email info@ellensrealtyguam.com and we will set you up.

What devices can I use?

Any device with a web browser and an internet connection: computer, phone, or tablet. We recommend Google Chrome, which is available on all of them.

Can I get my rental income by direct deposit? Does it cost anything?

Yes, and it is free. When you sign up you provide your bank account details, and we set up automatic direct deposits. You receive monthly statements reflecting your rental income, available 24/7 in the portal and also emailed to you.

Is my bank information secure?

The portal runs on Yardi, which has been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 list of world leaders in private cloud computing every year since the list launched. Data is encrypted in motion and at rest, protected by multiple layers of firewalls and intrusion prevention, with role-based access so users only ever see their own data.

Can my tenant pay rent online?

Yes. ACH payments are enabled so tenants can pay directly from their bank account after a short verification, at no charge. Convenient rent payment for tenants means reliable rental income for you.
