ACH payments, also known as electronic bank transfers, made directly from your bank account. It is a safe and secure way to transfer funds.

Through a penny-test verification. In the portal, go to Payments, then Payment Accounts, then Add Bank Account. A deposit of less than $1.00 arrives within 3 business days; enter that amount under Verify next to your bank account to finish linking it.

Yes. Set it once and your rent is paid automatically every month. The Max Pay Amount field is the most you authorize: for bills that change month to month, like power, set it a little above your usual total and you will only ever be charged what you actually owe.

Every Ellen’s Realty resident gets access. If we have your details you will receive a registration link from info@ellensrealtyguam.com; otherwise call (671) 647-0888 and we will set you up. Registration works in any web browser on any device.

Make sure every field matches the email we sent you exactly, including any typo in your name (you can correct it after the account is created). The portal runs on RENTCafé, named to the Forbes Cloud 100 list of world leaders in private cloud computing every year since the list launched. All data is encrypted, protected by multiple layers of firewalls and intrusion prevention, and processed in their own secure data centers. Your information is never sold or shared.
