Ellen’s Realty has partnered up with RENTCafé to provide our residents with an online Resident portal that can be accessed 24/7 where our residents can pay rent online as well as make maintenance requests.

Forget about the hassle of driving to our office and save your gas! You can make your payments from the comfort of your home. You also have an option to set an autopay so you can just set it and forget it, your rent will be paid automatically every month.

Have an issue with your unit? Use the resident portal to create maintenance requests, you can even upload images to better show us what’s wrong. We will receive a notification once you create the request and schedule someone to stop by right away.

Yes you can! We provide this service at NO COST TO YOU! This is the easiest way to pay your bills, save your gas and time, view and pay your balances from the comfort of your home.

Currently we offer ACH payments also known as electronic bank transfers. This is a totally safe and secure way to transfer funds directly for your bank account.

100% safe and secure, all your data and payment information is encrypted and protected by multiple layers of firewalls and antimalware software. Your data will never be used or sold and that’s a guarantee. They have a dedicated cybersecurity team that is working 24 hours a day to keep your data safe so you can rest assured.

To link your bank account you will have to do a penny test verification. In your online portal account, if you click Payments -> Payment Accounts -> Add Bank Account you will be able to add your bank account to start the verification process. They will deposit an amount less than $ 1.00 which will take 3 BUSINESS DAYS, you will have to enter that amount by clicking “Verify” next to your bank account in the “Payment Accounts” section.

To make a payment go to Payments -> Make Payments -> Make One-Time Payment. You will see any unpaid charges, select a payment account and click next to confirm. You will receive a receipt in your email immediately.

Yes! You can setup autopay so you can set it and forget it, your bill we be paid automatically every month. Be sure to set “Max Pay Amount” to your monthly charges. If you have a charge like a power bill in which the amount changes every month, you can set “Max Pay Amount” to an amount higher than what you usually get charged. If the charge exceeds “Max Pay Amount” you will only be charged the amount you entered.

When you setup autopay you will see the field name is “Max Pay Amount” this means that this is the maximum amount you have authorized for payment. Say your power bill ranges from $60-$80 on top of a flat rate rent of $1000. If I wanted to make sure my power bill is always covered by autopay I would put a “Max Pay Amount” of $1100 so I have some cushion. I will only be charged the amount I owe, which may be $1063 for this month.
