With over 9 years of experience as a Property Manager at Ellen’s Realty, I offer full property management services to clients across Asia Pacific. Born and raised in Taiwan, I manage all of the Chinese client properties in Guam for Ellen’s Realty. I am patient, consistent, and dedicated to serve all my clients and tenants well. I strive to maintain full transparency and communication across all documentation to guarantee that my clients have a complete picture of their investment. With an average maintenance/repair turnaround of under 48 hours, my mission is to ensure that all properties I manage are well taken care of.
Outside of work, you can find me swimming at Tumon Bay or buying local produce from the Farmers Market. I look forward to getting to know you!
