Eileen was first introduced to the world of real estate as a research analyst intern where she was trained to analyze the local economy, industry trends and other factors impacting the Guam real estate market by researching relevant market data. She has practiced commercial and residential real estate since 2017 and is the current vice chair of the Guam Realtors Young Professionals Network committee. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she served as the executive director of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce. It was her experience managing the operations of the organization that helped strengthen her knowledge, skills and abilities in finance, marketing, customer service, time management, effective listening and communication, and use of resources, technology and processes. Eileen earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration at the University of Guam. She was recognized in 2014 as one of Guam Business Magazine’s 40 leading professionals under the age of 40. Born and raised in Guam, Eileen continues to actively pursue opportunities to help her local community.
