Hello there! I’m Shandy, please to meet you. Originally from Hong Kong. I’ve called Guam home for the past 30 years. My journey brought me to the University of Guam, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Accounting. Following graduation, I successfully passed the uniformed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination, and worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in Guam for several years before transitioning to private accounting, predominantly in the hotel industry.
Real estate investment has always captured my interest. As a long-time client of Ellen’s Realty, I’ve recently had the opportunity to step into the realm of real estate from a different angle.
